Terms of Service
Effective Date: 7/7/26
Welcome to Aime Dieu (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
Products & Orders
All products sold by Aime Dieu are made to order. This means items are created after an order is placed, which may affect processing and delivery times.
We reserve the right to:
-
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or availability issues
-
- Limit quantities purchased per person or per order
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if production has already begun.
Because our items are personalized Christian apparel, all custom text submissions must consist of valid Bible verses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order containing text that cannot be verified as scriptural, contains profanity, or violates our brand values.
For personalized items, layout adjustments and font-size scaling may be applied at our discretion to ensure the text fits the printable area of the garment while maintaining legibility. By submitting custom text, you agree to these layout adjustments.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.
We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we reserve the right to correct errors related to pricing, descriptions, or availability.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
Shipping
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

By placing an order, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aime Dieu, its owners, officers, employees, and fulfillment partners from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged copyright or trademark infringement caused by your custom submission.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Aime Dieu reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, to refuse to print, reject, or cancel any custom order that we believe may violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights. If an order is cancelled under this provision prior to production, a store credit balance may be issued in lieu of a cash refund.
Automated Translation & Typography Optimization Policy
- Public Domain Formatting: Text strings submitted utilizing unrestricted public domain or classic translations are automatically approved for 1:1 manufacturing. Approved public-domain frameworks include: WEB, KJV, ASV, LSV, DBY, and YLT.
- Automated Conversion Standard: Text strings submitted utilizing modern, copyrighted book translations, including but not limited to NIV, ESV, NLT, NKJV, NASB, CSB, AMP, MSG, and NET will be automatically updated, rendered, and optimized using their closest modern, high-impact Public Domain equivalent (such as the World English Bible framework) before entering physical production.
- Implicit Consent: By inputting custom personalization strings and finalizing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your text layout may undergo these automated typography optimizations. No cash refunds, order adjustments, or cancellations will be issued due to translation data-swapping, as your core scripture reference and primary spiritual message will be fully preserved on the final garment.
